SMS COMMANDS
In order to make your experience a safe and enjoyable one, we've devised a number of commands that are easy to remember and execute.
BLOCK: If you wish to block messages from a particular user you may do so by texting in the following format BLOCK "SMS CHAT CODE" e.g. BLOCK HAI
STOP: If you wish to discontinue the service altogether just text STOP
This will stop all messages coming to your phone and disable your profile on the website. You may rejoin at any time by texting the appropriate keyword listed at the front of the website.
PAUSE: Texting pause will put your account on holiday, this means that other users will no longer be able to text you. You can continue when you're ready by just texting in as normal.

1) How can i quit the service?
The service requires you to register your date of birth in order to become a member.
3) I've text someone but I haven't heard anything back.
In some cases the networks may be experiencing difficulty delivery any messages for a number of reasons. This could be because the recipient's handset is switched off; the local area is experiencing technical difficulty. Or it could mean the person you have contacted is not available or wishes not to contact you back. Be polite and move on to another user if you are having no luck.
4) Is my number safe when I text others?
We never reveal your number unless you wish to do. When you become a member, we automatically issue you a unique sms chat code which allows the system to route any messages to your number
